NBA Player Anthony Davis’ team Los Angeles Lakers has been at the center of several trade-off rumors this off-season.
A Lakers signed Davis in 2020 for a whopping 190 million dollars for a five year contract.
Since then Anthony Davis has became a huge asset for the Lakers, as they won the 'NBA CHAMPIONSHIP' in 2020 with him.
However, Anthony has missed around half of the games, in last 2-seasons due to injuries leading to trade-off speculations this NBA season 2022-23.
Davis’ potential trade-off also depends on LeBron James’s decision to stay with the team and extend his contract or not.
Lebron James and Anthony Davis place a lot of value in each other as teammates and are committed to do their best for the team.
But in a scenario where Lebron’s contract is not extended by next summer Anthony’s trade-off will become a serious possibility.
Anthony reaching his 30’s only means more injuries for the future and not considering a trade-off could be damaging for the Lakers future.
